11. Fee Quotation and Payment

Rates are estimates and may change based on actual measurements or design changes. Payments are non-refundable and are made in stages:

  • 10% to begin
  • 15% before 3D presentation
  • 35% to move to production
  • 40% before dispatch

Taxes and surcharges apply.

12. Delivery Time

Orders are processed and produced after a 60% payment. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

13. Delay in Completion

Delays are subject to specific conditions and factors beyond our control. Additional items or changes are not considered delayed.

14. Cancellation, Returns & Delays

Payments are non-refundable. Customized or made-to-order furniture cannot be returned or exchanged.
